For four days, we’ll immerse ourselves in the country’s well-preserved forests — an ideal setting for observing and photographing nocturnal raptors such as the Ural owl, the Eurasian pygmy owl, and the Tengmalm’s owl.
This mosaic of beech and spruce forests and alpine clearings creates the perfect conditions to detect these elusive yet fascinating species, with the help of expert guides who know the area in depth.
Moreover, autumn is the perfect time to discover them: the beech and other deciduous forests turn warm shades of color, offering truly unique photographic opportunities!
Arrival in Ljubljana and transfer to Prevalje, where we will spend the next four nights.
